Terms of Sale
TERMS: All orders are shipped C.O.D. or charged to a Visa, MasterCard, Discover. When prepaying orders, please include 15% for shipping charges. Overpayments will be refunded or credited on account per your instructions.
FREE FREIGHT: We prepay all shipping cost on orders over $500.00 going by ground to a single location, C.O.D. fees not included.
INTERNATIONAL: On all International shipments you pay the shipping cost. Shipping rates will be figured on best possible way, F.O.B. Plymouth MI. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico.
PRICE: Due to continuously changing cost, our prices are subject to change or withdrawal without notice. Prices shown are the most current available at the time of printed catalogs. Refer to our invoices or call us for prices in effect.
BACK ORDERS: Back orders totaling under $20.00 per invoice will automatically be cancelled. Back orders on invoices over 30 days old will be cancelled without notification. Items shipped off of back orders will be invoiced at prices in effect when shipped. If you do not want back orders from an order, tell us when the order is placed. There is no freight payment or allowance on back orders.
RETURNED CHECKS: Any check returned, unpaid by our bank for any reason will result in a $35.00 charge for processing. Plus any additional fees. All future shipments will be made CASH ONLY.
BRANDS: Allied Leisure Corp. sells only replacement parts. Any reference to manufacturers names and part numbers is for identification only and does not denote an original part.
WARRANTY: Allied Leisure Corp. makes no warranty as to products distributed by us, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We will pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer, who has the sole responsibility for performing such warranties. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacture and testing of its products, and we accept no liability for such damages.
RETURNS: No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization. All returns must be prepaid. No merchandise will be accepted for return after 30 days from date of invoice, invoice numbers must be provided for each item returned. Authorized returns of merchandise which has faulty workmanship or which must be returned due to an error on our part will receive full credit. Other returns will be credited at invoice cost, less a 10% handling charge. Any and all goods accepted for credit must be in new condition and in new unmarked original containers. No returns are allowed on electrical items, tools, or special orders. All helmet sales are final, no returns.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: Customers are expected to check all parts for proper fit before installation. Allied Leisure Corp. takes no responsibility for any damage to person or property due to error in shipment, listings, specifications, or model applications.
